The Phyl Holbert Scholarship Fund

Phyl Holbert was a co-founder of HCCT, along with Gigi Fischer, and the Phyl Holbert College Scholarship Fund enables young people to pursue careers in technical theatre or performing arts. When you partner with us, this fund becomes a tribute to these young volunteers' work and a positive step toward their success in the arts.

As a strong supporter of the Hill Country Community Theatre, we believe you will be excited about an opportunity to encourage education in the arts, as well as a way to assure that high caliber young people continue with their artistic growth. This is a great way for you and all of us to say, “Thank you! Job well done!” to those kids who have volunteered their time and talent to help HCCT! Criteria for consideration include volunteerism at HCCT and an interest in pursuing technical theatre or performing arts at an accredited college.
