A one-woman show that combines local oral histories, family stories, and a Texas-sized amount of humor to unpack the fragmented history of race relations and education in East Texas. Elizabeth M. Melton shares Longview's history of public school desegregation in this newly developed production based on her Ph.D. dissertation.
