Gift certificates may be redeemed for admission to any Theatre Off The Square main stage production. After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from Tickets To The City. Within 5 business days, a member of our staff will send you a separate email with a certificate that can printed out and presented as a gift. This certificate will have redemption instructions for the recipient. They are also listed below for your reference.

PURCHASING TIPS

1. When checking out, please put the full name of the RECIPIENT in the "Special Instructions" box, just below the credit card info section. This will aid us in locating the certificate when the recipient wishes to redeem.

2. If purchasing for multiple recipients, it is strongly recommended that you make separate purchases for each recipient, with the recipient's name in the "Special Instructions" section of the corresponding purchase.

HOW TO REDEEM
*****************************************************

1. (Recommended) - The recipient may call us at 817-341-3681 and leave a message with their full name, the certificate ID, the performance they'd like to attend, and a callback number. A member of our staff will verify the certificate, and call them back to confirm the reservation.

2. They may also bring the confirmation email with them and present it at the box office to redeem at the door. All of the information we need will be on that email.
