S.T.A.G.E. Refund Policy
Reservations must be canceled no later than 12 pm the day before the scheduled reservation. Tickets purchased on an individual show basis can only be exchanged for another date during the run of the current show. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Season ticket holders who cancel their reservations no later than 12 pm the day before the scheduled reservation can exchange the the tickets for any date during the run of the current show, or a date for any future show in the current season slate.

All sales are final unless noted above by the event sponsor(s).
TicketstotheCity.com does not issue refunds or exchanges of tickets for any reason, including but not limited to,
cancellations or postponed events, seat locations, quality of performances, or tickets that are lost, stolen,
damaged or destroyed. By purchasing a ticket you agree to look solely to the Event Sponsor for a refund or exchange
for any reason whatsoever. You also agree to assume all risks incidental to the event for which a ticket is sold.
TicketstotheCity.com is not responsible for the performances, products, services, actions or omissions of any event
sponsor, venue, performer, promoter or other third party that is connected with an event for which tickets are sold
on this site.
By purchasing a ticket package, or making a donation, you agree to receive email communications from TicketstotheCity
regarding your purchase or future events (opt-in). Furthermore, you agree to receive emails from the group or groups from which
you are making your purchase. If you do not wish to receive communications via email you will be presented with an option
to unsubscribe.
