Divine Access Flex Pass Package Restrictions
Pass Eligibility:

Available to individuals aged 18 and older.
Passes are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered holder.
Number of Admissions:

The Flex Pass grants access to 6 shows per season (to be determined by Jubilee Theatre).
Unused admissions do not roll over to the next season.
Reservation Guidelines:

Flex Pass holders must reserve their seats at least 48 hours prior to the performance to ensure availability.
Seats are subject to availability and are not guaranteed without a reservation.


The Flex Pass cannot be used for special events, galas, or shows outside the regular season.

Certain high-demand performances may have limited availability for Flex Pass holders. These will be communicated in advance.

Exchanges and Cancellations:

Flex Pass holders can exchange tickets for another performance of the same show, subject to seat availability, up to 24 hours before the originally reserved performance.

Cancellations within 24 hours of a reserved performance will result in the forfeiture of that admission.
Seat Selection:

Flex Pass holders may choose from any available seat when booking, excluding premium or VIP sections.
Expiration:

The Flex Pass is valid only for the current theatre season and expires on the season's final day.
Extensions or refunds are not available for unused admissions.
Upgrade Options:

Flex Pass holders may upgrade to premium seating for an additional fee, subject to availability.
For an additional charge, the Flex Pass can include discounts or priority access for special events (if applicable).
Additional Ticket Purchases:

Flex Pass holders may purchase additional tickets to performances at a discounted rate, but this discount is only valid when purchasing tickets directly through the Jubilee Theatre Box Office.
