Ticketing Terms & Conditions
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are nonrefundable and non-transferable. No refunds, exchanges, or date changes will be permitted once a purchase has been completed.
Tickets are nonrefundable and non-transferable, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, travel disruptions, weather concerns, or scheduling conflicts, unless otherwise determined by management.
In the event a performance is cancelled and not rescheduled, a refund of the ticket price only may be issued at the discretion of management. Ticketing and processing fees (including service or shipping fees) may not be refundable.
Performance dates, times, casting, and programming are subject to change without notice and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
Attendance at this event is at your own risk. By attending, you assume all risks incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the performance. Hill Country Community Theatre, its agents, volunteers, and performers are not responsible or liable for injuries or damages resulting from such causes.
For the safety and enjoyment of all patrons, the following are not permitted inside the theatre:
Alcohol or illegal drugs
Outside food or glass containers
Recording devices, still cameras, or video cameras
Patrons may not record, reproduce, transmit, or distribute any portion of the performance without permission.
Attendance at this event also constitutes consent to the use of your image or likeness in photographs or video recordings that may be used for promotional, archival, or marketing purposes.
Late arrivals may be seated at an appropriate break in the performance and may not be admitted immediately upon arrival.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is deemed disruptive or who fails to comply with these terms and conditions.

cancellations or postponed events, seat locations, quality of performances, or tickets that are lost, stolen,
damaged or destroyed. By purchasing a ticket you agree to look solely to the Event Sponsor for a refund or exchange
for any reason whatsoever. You also agree to assume all risks incidental to the event for which a ticket is sold.
TicketstotheCity.com is not responsible for the performances, products, services, actions or omissions of any event
sponsor, venue, performer, promoter or other third party that is connected with an event for which tickets are sold
on this site.
By purchasing a ticket package, or making a donation, you agree to receive email communications from TicketstotheCity
regarding your purchase or future events (opt-in). Furthermore, you agree to receive emails from the group or groups from which
you are making your purchase. If you do not wish to receive communications via email you will be presented with an option
to unsubscribe.
