Admissions are not valid for the Christmas fundraiser (Miracle on 34th St), BCT Academy, Act III @BCT or Summer Drama Camp performances.

Boerne Community Theatre Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY * This policy only applies to season productions at the theatre and not to any fundraisers. * Call BCT Box Office To Cancel: 830-249-9166 * If you used member admissions to make a reservation, and do not cancel a reservation by 12 noon the day prior to your confirmed reservation, you will lose those admissions. * If you did not use member admissions, you will receive a refund for any cancellation made by 12 noon the day prior to your confirmed reservation. * No refunds are available for any "no-shows." * If you have not claimed your seat(s) by 5 minutes before the scheduled performance time, you may lose those tickets/admissions/seats.
