County Seat Theater Company Refund Policy

Ticket policy - Doors open approx. a half hour before performances. All tickets must be paid within 24 hours of orders placed. Unpaid tickets will be released. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production, subject to availability, for a $2 reticketing fee per order. No refunds will be given for cancellations or no shows. If your tickets are not picked up twenty minutes prior to curtain on the date of the performance, your seats may be released. This applies to all regular and season ticket holders. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket may be issued at the option of the management.
