Welcome back to the theatre! ArtsView Children's Theatre is grateful you have chosen to spend time with us! We wish to share with you the following COVID-19 protocols to ensure the utmost care is provided to you, our treasured audience, as well as our casts, crews, and staff.

* We have adapted our audience seating setup for the comfort and safety of our audiences. Our House is currently limited to under 50% to allow for recommended distance between parties. For the time being, seating is divided into sections made up of 6 seats, and seating assignments will be based on tickets that are purchased together (up to 6 people). It is not necessary to purchase all 6 seats in the section if you have less than 6 in your seating needs, as we have the ability to take out seats/rows to protect your individual party. In the event you have multiple purchases for the same performance time, or a party greater than 6, please call the office at 903-236-7535 or email us at artsview@artsviewact.com and we will work to accommodate seating your entire party in adjacent sections.
* Per Government mandate, masks will be required for all patrons ages 10 and up and strongly encouraged for those under the age of 10 when entering and leaving the theatre and when audience members are away from their seats to provide as much protection for our cast and crew as possible. ArtsView Staff and all Crew members will be required to wear masks at all times.
* Please practice social distancing guidelines at all times during your time in the theatre with those outside of your seating party.
* Patrons will be seated promptly to ensure congestion in the lobby area is minimal.
* Autographs and pictures with the cast are temporarily suspended. We ask that the audience remain in their seats until the cast has exited the stage following bows at the conclusion of our show. The audience is then asked to exit the theatre through the marked exits in a safe and efficient manner so our crew and staff can begin to clean and reset the theatre to adequately prepare for and maintain the safety guidelines for our next audience.
* ArtsView Staff will perform frequent cleaning/disinfecting before and after each performance.
* Restrooms are available and will be cleaned/disinfected frequently before, during, and after performances, however, we ask that patrons please try to use the restroom before attending a performance to help ease congestion in and around the restroom area.

If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID or have been in close contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID, please contact the theatre for a refund. We ask that you do not attend a show until you have been cleared by your doctor and completed the 14 day quarantine. We will be happy to try and make other arrangements for you to see the show.

House will open 1 hour prior to show time. Handicap accessible seating is available. Please call our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you . All ticket sales are final.
