JAZZ FEST TRAVEL Ticket Sales Policy
Our ticket sales policy is in keeping with Illinois State Law.
All sales are final at the time a ticket(s) is purchased.
For an individual ticket purchased with a face value greater than $500, we allow a strict 72 hour window (from date and time of purchase) for permitted cancellation.
It is our policy to not cancel any event. Should an event need to be rescheduled for any reason, it will be rescheduled within a year of the original ticketed event date. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, no refunds will be given or offered. Your previously purchased ticket will automatically be valid for the new date with the same seats.
Should you not be able to attend an event (for which you have purchased ticket(s), we will allow you to transfer the ticket(s) to a named person of your choice. Notification (to us) via phone or email of who the NEW ticket(s) owner is - is required.
In the unlikely instance that an event is cancelled and will NOT be rescheduled, we will then refund tickets in the window of 30 to 90 days from the date the event was originally scheduled to take place.
We reserve the right to change the start time of any event. Should the start time of a show you have purchased tickets for change for any reason, all ticket buyers will be notified via email at least 7 days prior to the event, so please make sure we have your correct email address and be sure to check your email inbox along with your email spam/junk folder from time to time.
We do not accept or process charge back requests from credit card companies or banks.
For multiple artist(s)/act(s) shows, all advertised performers are contracted to appear and perform as stated. However, in the event any scheduled performer is not able to appear, we reserve the right to replace artist(s)/act(s) with a similar artist in the genre.
Covid-19 related. While we will take all reasonable precautions to keep out clients and our staff safe and healthy. By purchasing your ticket you release Smooth Productions LLC, and all D.B.A.'s or affiliates from any and all litigation related to possible contraction of the virus or resulting medical conditions or complications. Should you not agree, please do not order tickets.

All sales are final unless noted above by the event sponsor(s).
TicketstotheCity.com does not issue refunds or exchanges of tickets for any reason, including but not limited to,
cancellations or postponed events, seat locations, quality of performances, or tickets that are lost, stolen,
damaged or destroyed. By purchasing a ticket you agree to look solely to the Event Sponsor for a refund or exchange
for any reason whatsoever. You also agree to assume all risks incidental to the event for which a ticket is sold.
TicketstotheCity.com is not responsible for the performances, products, services, actions or omissions of any event
sponsor, venue, performer, promoter or other third party that is connected with an event for which tickets are sold
on this site.
By purchasing a ticket package, or making a donation, you agree to receive email communications from TicketstotheCity
regarding your purchase or future events (opt-in). Furthermore, you agree to receive emails from the group or groups from which
you are making your purchase. If you do not wish to receive communications via email you will be presented with an option
to unsubscribe.
