Class ACT Workshop Intensive: Spotlighting the Voice

Description: Great for actors, singers, teachers, or anyone who speaks in front of others! This class will guide participants through an exploration of breath and relaxation techniques, connecting the breath to the voice and body in a way that promotes healthy vocal production during performance. We will also focus on articulation and resonance, integrating breath and relaxation practices with the text. This workshop will include physical exercises that are adjustable based on the abilities of each participant.
