Exchanges will be considered by email request to tctpdfw@gmail.com. No refunds will be issued unless the entire production run is cancelled.

All sales are final unless noted above by the event sponsor(s).

TicketstotheCity.com does not issue refunds or exchanges of tickets for any reason, including but not limited to, cancellations or postponed events, seat locations, quality of performances, or tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. By purchasing a ticket you agree to look solely to the Event Sponsor for a refund or exchange for any reason whatsoever. You also agree to assume all risks incidental to the event for which a ticket is sold.
