Stage Door Inc., the sole community theatre in Chambers County, has built an outstanding reputation for its exceptional performances throughout the years. With a dedicated focus on delivering high-quality live theatre for 17 years, the organization is thrilled to unveil its second production of the 18th season, the charming Southern Fried Comedy, Dearly Beloved, created by the talented trio of Jessie Jones, Nicholas Hope, and Jamie Wooten. Imagine a lavish wedding that takes a turn for the chaotic, featuring three feuding sisters and a church filled with eccentric small-town characters. In this comedic whirlwind, the Futrelle sisters from Fayro, Texas—Frankie, Twink, and their estranged sister Honey Raye—find themselves united to plan a family wedding that quickly descends into chaos. With Frankie’s eldest twin daughter set to marry the son of the town’s socialite queen, Frankie is determined to make the event a classy affair. However, it soon becomes evident that fate has other plans.
