Refunds are not available the week of the event (within a 7-day window of the event). Please notify the Poncan of your desire for a refund by phone at least 8 days prior to the event. Call 580-765-0943.
By purchasing tickets using our online box office, you give us consent to send weekly email updates. You may opt out of emails by hitting the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the automated emails.

TicketstotheCity.com does not issue refunds or exchanges of tickets for any reason, including but not limited to,
cancellations or postponed events, seat locations, quality of performances, or tickets that are lost, stolen,
damaged or destroyed. By purchasing a ticket you agree to look solely to the Event Sponsor for a refund or exchange
for any reason whatsoever. You also agree to assume all risks incidental to the event for which a ticket is sold.
TicketstotheCity.com is not responsible for the performances, products, services, actions or omissions of any event
sponsor, venue, performer, promoter or other third party that is connected with an event for which tickets are sold
on this site.
By purchasing a ticket package, or making a donation, you agree to receive email communications from TicketstotheCity
regarding your purchase or future events (opt-in). Furthermore, you agree to receive emails from the group or groups from which
you are making your purchase. If you do not wish to receive communications via email you will be presented with an option
to unsubscribe.
