In this theatre workshop, campers will learn theatre skills and engage in interactive exercises that foster teamwork, self‑expression, and a sense of accomplishment in a fun, inclusive setting! Students in this camp will be further split up into two age groups after registration, ensuring every student can learn and have fun at a level of instruction appropriate for their size and confidence.
4-6 age bracket: 12-1pm. This theatre workshop is a playful, one‑hour session introducing foundational theatre concepts through movement, imagination games, and simple storytelling. Young participants explore creative expression in a supportive, age‑appropriate environment.
7-10 age bracket: 1-3pm. This two‑hour theatre workshop builds early theatre skills through character play, ensemble activities, stage basics, and collaborative storytelling. Campers develop confidence, communication, and creativity through dynamic, hands-on activities.
May 30th at 12pm: Student Showcase - This low-pressure showcase allows the children to demonstrate the skills they've learned throughout the week. The showcase is open to the public at no cost.
Guardians must also fill out a Media Release Form and Liability Waiver for their child. Please step into MSL's office during the open hours (Tuesday-Friday 1-5) or sign it when your child is dropped off on the first day of the program
