Welcome to the Cabinet of Curiosities!

Open the door to a world where imagination leads the way! This semester, our youngest performers will journey through a whimsical Cabinet of Curiosities, discovering enchanted gardens, curious creatures, magical tea parties, fantastical lands, and wonder-filled adventures inspired by timeless stories like Alice in Wonderland. Every week brings a new adventure, inviting children to explore, create, and play while building confidence in a warm, encouraging environment.

Designed especially for children ages 3–4, Music & Movement introduces the foundations of theatre through music, dance, storytelling, and imaginative play. Little performers will sing, move, pretend, and collaborate with friends while developing important early childhood skills that extend far beyond the stage.

Throughout the semester, students will explore:

-Creative movement and introductory dance
-Rhythm, music, and singing
-Imaginative storytelling and dramatic play
-Coordination, balance, and body awareness
-Listening, focus, and following directions
-Confidence, self-expression, and social skills
-Teamwork, kindness, and making new friends

Whether your child is stepping into the classroom for the very first time or returning for another semester of fun, this class is designed to meet them where they are. Our nurturing environment encourages every child to participate at their own pace while discovering the joy of performing and expressing themselves creatively.

Over the course of our 12-week semester, students will build the skills and confidence they’ve developed into a special end-of-semester showcase for family and friends during Showcase Week (November 2, day and time to be announced). This performance is a wonderful opportunity for students to celebrate their growth, share what they’ve learned, and experience the excitement of performing on stage.

No previous theatre or dance experience is required just a willingness to wonder, imagine, and explore. We can’t wait to welcome your little adventurer into our Cabinet of Curiosities!
