As she wrestles with this complicated legacy, she recounts stories of the many triumphs, scandals and tragedies of the Booths, with humor and the trademark Booth theatricality, as well as some little-known facts about that great national tragedy that forever changed her life and the country we live in. Written and performed by award winning playwright and actress, Dawn Truax, it is “a vibrant, insightful and often humorous performance, full of wit, charm and pathos”. “A one-woman tour de force.”
