Holder voluntarily assumes all dangers and risks associated with participation. In consideration and acceptance of of this ticket, holder agrees to release operator, it's parent corporation, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, staff, county or city government entity from any liability, harm, injury, or death, cost of expense, accident, theft, whatsoever may arise directly or indirectly, from attending this tour. Holder also agrees that their likeness in photographs and/or video may be used for publicity purposes. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, however we will try to arrange a new time and/or date for your tour if possible.
