New Prague Arts Foundation ticket exchange/refund policy (updated 1/27/2026):
Tickets are not refundable.
For events that include a meal:
Tickets may be exchanged for a later performance if the request is received more than 24 hours in advance of the performance you have tickets for and that there are seats available for the requested performance.
If less than 24 hours prior to the performance, we have already given the caterer a count for meals that we must pay for, so they can not be exchanged.
For events that do not include a meal:
Tickets may be exchanged for a later performance if the request is received more than 4 hours in advance of the performance you have tickets for and that there are seats available for the requested performance.

for any reason whatsoever. You also agree to assume all risks incidental to the event for which a ticket is sold.

sponsor, venue, performer, promoter or other third party that is connected with an event for which tickets are sold
on this site.
By purchasing a ticket package, or making a donation, you agree to receive email communications from TicketstotheCity
regarding your purchase or future events (opt-in). Furthermore, you agree to receive emails from the group or groups from which
you are making your purchase. If you do not wish to receive communications via email you will be presented with an option
to unsubscribe.
