Get Ready

Get Ready
Director: Wambui Richardson Playwright: Jaye T. Stewart and Joe Plummer
Performance: July 30th - August 29, 2027

Before the world knew Motown, voices dreamed of something greater. Inspired by the electrifying rise of The Temptations and the birth of a musical revolution, Get Ready transports audiences to Detroit during the dawn of soul music, where gifted young performers chase fame, friendship, and the promise of changing American music forever. Filled with unforgettable harmonies, dazzling choreography, and timeless hits that defined a generation, this exhilarating regional premiere celebrates the dreams,
determination, and brotherhood behind one of history's greatest musical legacies.
