Timeless Concerts Box Office

An Evening in Prague

Find your inner gypsy! Celebrate the music of Antonin Dvorak, (1841-1904) a Czech composer of the late Romantic music, who employed the idioms of the folk music of his native Bohemia. In 1892, Dvorak became the director of the National Conservatory of Music in New York City. Although he missed his homeland, he loved America and wished to discover a real “American Music” and engage in it, much as he had utilized Czech folk music. We’ll perform the Dvorak Piano Trio #4 (for piano, violin and cello) and close the concert with a few of his Slavonic Dances which will make you wish you knew the dance steps!

$35 per person includes concert, post-concert party, tax and gratuity. Seniors $25, group and youth rates available.
