Terry McBride

Terry McBride began his career in Texas. As the son of a country music singer, (Dale McBride) he naturally was drawn to country music. He spent several years playing with Texas artists like Lee Roy Parnell, Johnny Duncan and Delbert McClinton, but in 1989 traveled to Nashville and created a group McBride and the Ride which charted ten singles in the Billboard Top Country Charts including the #1 "Sacred Ground". McBride and the Ride won the New Vocal Group of the Year from the CMA and the Academy of Country Music.

Terry is also an accomplished songwriter having written the #1 Hit for Reba McEntire, "I Keep On Loving You", as well as hit songs for Brooks and Dunn ("If You See Her", "I Can't Get Over You" and more), George Strait ("Nobody Has to Get Hurt") Garth Brooks, Gretchen Wilson, Hank Williams Jr., Jack Ingram, Casey James, David Ball, and many, many more. As a Songwriter Terry has won 12 prestigious BMI awards.
