Poured Painting for Adults
Acrylic pour painting is a technique used to create paintings with natural flowing patterns. The process is approachable, fun, and requires no previous knowledge or artistic expertise to create a beautiful piece of art. The effect is created by combining acrylic paint with a liquid medium which is then "poured" onto a surface and spread around by means of tilting the surface or manually manipulating the paint.
Come enjoy a beer and appetizer while you learn how to mix your paints, use additives, and use two pouring techniques. You will come away from this class with two of your very own unique paintings. It is recommended you wear clothes you don't mind getting messy.
This class is meant for adults, but can accommodate children 13+ with parental participation.
