Art Therapy

For this month, our art therapy workshop focuses on the development of a positive maternal identity, while also strengthening the attendees ability to strengthen their parent-child communication skills, self efficacy as a parent, and foster positive emotional regulation through the use of art-therapy based techniques and interventions. This workshop is designed for all mothers and maternal individuals, and those that hold mental health licenses in Texas qualify for CE credits.
This workshop is taught by an art therapist and licensed professional counselor supervisor with over 20 years experience providing art therapy services in Texas. All art supplies are provided.
