Adult Acting ( Session 2)
Adult Acting – Session 2: Scene Study & Character Development (Ages 18+)
Wednesdays, 6:00–7:30 PM | Six-Week Course
March 4th- April 15th
Adult Acting Session 2 is a continuation of our introductory course and is designed for adults ready to deepen their acting skills in a supportive, engaging, and creatively challenging environment. Building on the foundations established in Session 1 such as monologue work, acting exercises, and improvisation this six-week course shifts focus to scene study and partner work, allowing students to explore the collaborative nature of performance.
Participants will work on scripted scenes, learning how to analyze text, develop authentic characters, and build meaningful connections with scene partners. Through guided exercises and rehearsal techniques, students will strengthen their emotional availability, listening skills, stage presence, and confidence. Emphasis will be placed on truthful storytelling, clear intentions, and making bold, specific choices.
This class meets on Wednesdays from 6:00–7:30 PM and provides a consistent, welcoming space each week for adult actors to grow, explore, and challenge themselves artistically. Students will leave the course with stronger acting tools, increased confidence, and a deeper understanding of how to bring characters and relationships to life on stage.
This class is ideal for adults who want to continue developing their craft while working in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment. Whether your goal is personal growth, creative fulfillment, or preparing for future performance opportunities, this class offers a meaningful and enjoyable next step in your acting journey.
