Refunds are not available the week of the event (within a 7-day window of the event). Please notify the Poncan of your desire for a refund by phone at least 8 days prior to the event. Call 580-765-0943. By purchasing tickets using our online box office, you give us consent to send weekly email updates. You may opt out of emails by hitting the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the automated emails.
