Storytelling Through Song
For more than seven decades, the Al Opland Singers have been a cherished tradition in southwest Minnesota, bringing together talented volunteer vocalists from across the region to share the joy of music through inspiring choral performances.
As one of the resident arts organizations of the Pipestone Performing Arts Center, the Al Opland Singers present annual Christmas and Spring concert series featuring a wide variety of musical styles...from beloved classics and Broadway favorites to contemporary choral works, gospel, patriotic selections, and timeless popular songs. Each performance is thoughtfully crafted to entertain, inspire, and celebrate the power of music and community.
Whether you're a longtime supporter or experiencing the choir for the first time, you'll enjoy an evening of exceptional harmonies, heartfelt performances, and the welcoming spirit that has made the Al Opland Singers a treasured part of the Pipestone area for generations.
Show dates are April 1st-4th. Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and 2:00 p.m. on Sunday matinees.
