The Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth is a non-profit organization with the mission of offering a supportive, home-like community that eases burdens for seriously ill children and their families. The organization was established in 1981.

The Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth (RMHFW) is conducting a chance raffle. Winner may purchase tickets with the following prizes: 1) 2020 Kawasaki Mule, retail value $15,399; 2) Gucci purse, retail value $2,100; 3) Gulf Coast Beach Getaway, retail value $2,000. Raffle proceeds benefits RMHFW. By purchasing a raffle ticket(s), you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions and agreements.

ONLINE PRE-SALES begin October 1, 2020 and end October 15, 2020, 9:00 pm.
REGULAR ONLINE SALES begin October 26, 2020 and end November 12, 2020, midnight.

Raffle Terms, Conditions and Agreements
1. Must be 18 or older to purchase a ticket and to win raffle.
2. Must be a U.S. citizen to purchase a ticket and to win raffle.
3. Chance raffle ticket sales are limited to residents of Texas.
4. Eligibility to win the chance raffle item is limited to residents of Texas.
5. Vehicle taxes, tags and title are the responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner is responsible for making all transportation arrangements for and paying all transportation costs associated with vehicle pick-up or shipping. Kawasaki Mule is currently located in Caldwell, Texas; Gucci Handbag and Gulfcoast Beach Getaway certificate is located in Fort Worth, Texas.
7. Winner of Kawasaki Mule will pick-up vehicle at Kawasaki of Caldwell. 185 TX-36, Caldwell, TX 77836.
8. Winner of Kawasaki Mule will complete all paperwork at Kawasaki of Caldwell. If winner is farm exempt, there will be no sales tax liability. If winner is not farm exempt, sales tax will be paid at the dealership before receipt of vehicle.
9. Need not be present at drawing to win. Winner of the drawn ticket will be notified by telephone within 72 hours.
10. Holder of the winning ticket will be required to present the ticket receipt and positive identification for verification.
11. Prior to pick-up, the winner of Kawasaki Mule must complete Form W-9, sign W-2G and remit a cashier’s check payable to RMHFW equal to 28% of MSRP to satisfy U.S. income tax withholding. This paperwork and cashier’s check must be submitted to RMHFW.
12. Raffle ticket price is not tax-deductible or refundable.
13. Prizes are with MSRP: 1) 2020 Kawasaki Mule, retail value $15,399; 2) Gucci Purse, retail value $2,100; 3) Gulf Coast Getaway, retail value $2,000. The amount, less $75 or $100 cost of winning raffle ticket, is taxable income to the winner.
14. Item cannot be converted to cash.
15. Color subject to availability.
16. Winner must claim item within 30 days of being notified. In the event a winner elects not to accept or claim the prize, RMHFW will conduct a second drawing to determine a winner.
17. Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the item or its fitness for any particular purpose. The winner takes the item as is and expressly assumes all risk associated with operation of the item and all equipment furnished with item. Winner agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth, any subsidiaries and/or affiliates of the Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth, and the officers, representatives, and employees of any of the foregoing, from any and all claims, damages, and/or liability arising out of or related to the raffle or the use or operation of the item made the subject of the raffle. The winner also agrees and covenants not to sue, initiate arbitration against, or to take any legal action against the Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth, any subsidiaries and/or affiliates of the Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth, and the officers, representatives, and employees of any of the foregoing, arising out of or related to the raffle or the use or operation of the item made the subject of the raffle.
18. The Winner grants the Ronald House of Fort Worth the right to publicize his/her name, city of residence and photographic likeness.
